General House Rules

No more than 10 guests may occupy the house.

Events over 10 guests must be pre-approved.

No smoking in the house

Dogs are allowed (up to 2), pet fee applied, all pet waste must be picked up and placed in outdoor bins

Reservation requirements

  • A minimum 4 night reservation is required for all weddings and large events​

  • Deposit Required

  • Insurance required for large events

Property Limits

  • No more than 10 guests may occupy the house.

  • Event Barn and surrounding area is great for up to 50 but extra table and chairs will be need to be rented from an outside vendor

  • Tents can be erected on property for larger events

  • Vendors and Wedding guests are not permitted to use home for staging, catering, or restroom facilities. 

  • Caterers will need to provide their own refrigeration, food warmers, ice, etc. House kitchen cannot accommodate large scale food prep and storage.

  • There will be no housekeeping during your rental period.

  • Port-a-johns must be rented for event guests (at customer’s expense). Our property has a well water source and a septic system and cannot handle excessive, repeated use.

Event Guidelines

  • All decorations are to be removed by the end of the rental period, and applied in a manner as to not leave holes or other damage to property.

  • Candles are only permitted if contained in proper globes, cylinders, or floating holders.

  • Bubbles, rice, only real flowers pedals, and wedding sparklers are allowed.  (All sparklers are to be picked up and placed in a solid container) All wedding sparklers that are used must be over 25 inches long.

  • The following items are prohibited in decorating and may NOT be used on the property:  glitter, confetti, water balloons, and birdseed.

  • Absolutely no furniture, décor, dishes, flatware, or amenities are to be removed from the house or patios for use in event space.

  • Absolutely no smoking in the home. We recommend designating the fire pit as the designated smoking area. All butts must be placed in a sand bin.
